Twisted Metal PS3 | Pretty much confirmed to show up. Twisted Metal Hints again?
Splash Damage has new Genre breaking FPS in development.
EA is working on Best FPS ever they claim. Last time they made a statement like that it was BLACK that appeared. Perhaps its BLACK 2 or BLACK Second Mission as some have called it now. Nothing official has been said though. EA isn't only working on that though. They have Battlefield Bad Company 2(2010), Battlefield 1943, Mass Effect 2, Star Wars: The Old Republic MMO, Army of Two: The 40th Day, Dead Space 2, Battlefield Heroes, Need 4 Speed Online/Shift/Nitro. A New Medal of Honor game, and Battlefield 3(2010/2011) rumored as well as many others.
God of War III | PS3 | demo to be present.
Duke Nukem Forever. Yes. I know the studio is closed, but reports of over 30 Million being offered for Duke Nukem series. Someone is going to secure the rights to it. I can easily see this happening by E3 and someone showing up with a surprise announcement of saying I own Duke Nukem series and DNF will be coming.
KILLZONE 3? | PS3 | KILLZONE 2 had trailers 5 years before it was released. Why not start the films all over again only with some game engine this time and some real changes coming to the engine. Next KILZONE shouldn't take more than 2-3 years to make.
Alan Wake | PC/X360 | Will be at E3 shown off in some form.

Froza 3 | X360 | Will be there.
Gran Turismo 5 | PS3 | Damage almost complete and there will be weather effects in the game. If done right, which I don't think they would ever do wrong. This team is all about picture perfect perfection and perfect simulation. Side by side to real cars you will be pleased with the graphics. I can't imagine the level of detail they are going to thrown into damage for the cars + Rain and Weather. Game will be amazing. Hopefully we see something at E3 showing off more of it.
Half Life 2 Episode 3/Portal 2 maybe? Last one had Portal and Team Fortress 2. Maybe the Crossing will show up in this next mix and match pack from Valve.
Halo 3 | PC | By Gearbox? Finally unveiled. Perfect timing to unveil it. 99% likely to happen.
MAG | PS3 (256 player FPS. Its free to play online after you buy of course and tactical and supposed to run lag free!)
Project Offset | PC/Mac (2010) Awesome looking Epic Fantasy FPS. Imagine Battlefield/LOTR type game with monsters, dragons, flying machines, arrows, axes, swords, magic spells, ability to destroy castles and invade enemies. Sounds awesome. Hopefully the player count will be high as well. If done right this game will be mind blowing. Being worked on by Intel. Being heavily optimized for Havok Physics. ;)
Red Dead Redemption (Red Dead Revolver 2)

Shattered Horizon | By Futuremark. FPS game set in space with new innovative Zero Gravity gameplay they claim. Should get a good trailer this year.
Sky Gods | Tactical FPS by legends of old Rainbow Six games, Rogue Spear and Raven Shield. Set to be awesome tactics based shooter.
Timesplitters 4 now owned by Crytek, but they recently issued statement that Crytek UK was free to work on their dream projects. Could only mean that old Free Radical team is working on Timesplitters. An announcement or teaser could be coming soon at E3.
TNA Impact 2?
Type 3 | I don't know much about it, but its set in future some time and is FPS game. It might not show up, but you never know.
Uncharted 2 | PS3
WWE Smackdown Vs. Raw 2010? I hear rumor that SVR 2010 will be using same engine as UFC 2009. That is awesome upgrade and that this version of the game has been in development for awhile and will be more in-depth than ever.

So many other games as well.

Edios seems to have Hitman 5, Kane & Lynch 2 ready for this year or later. Possibly showing them off at E3. Also they have Thief 4 as well. Just announced on the 11th. We will probably see a trailer for that as well at E3. They also mentioned a different Lara in the next Tomb Raider and that it might bring the series to a new high point.

Many more yet to be unveiled secret projects will show up there as well. Also with the whole Cloud computing thing and up to 3-4 cloud platforms for gaming could be announced. Only 2 have been confirmed to show up at E3 though. They are Streaming Worlds and OnLive.

Plenty more to be revealed on the road to E3 and at E3 on June 2nd - June 4th. With Pre-E3 announcements and clips to be shown couple days before E3 event itself.

E3 is gonna be the best this year, I can't wait. I hope they confirm a few more games i've been dying for. :D
